The theme was "Globalisation" and there were some exceptional lectures which added to the girls' understanding of this important topic. The day ended with a debate which included brief speeches from representatives of the participating schools. Two of the three best speeches were given by QM girls, Astrid Bulmer and Phoebe Robinson taking "The impact of globalisation on our everyday lives" as their theme.
