YouthVoice Conference  | 19/11/2009
On Wednesday 18th November Upper VI History, Politics, Economics and Business Studies students attended the YouthVoice conference hosted by York University. 
 

There are opportunities for the girls to be involved in real and hypothetical business scenarios through activities like Share Club, Princes Trust, The Bank of England Target Two Point Zero (interest rate challenge) and the Young Economist of the Year essay writing competition.

Module 1: Markets and Market failure

Module 2: The National Economy

  • Growth and inflation
  • Government Policy and AD/AS analysis

Exam questions for each module are based on 25 objective test items and one data response question with four sub-questions. Length of papers 1hr15m
