The Library
The school has a large. well-stocked library of over 12,000 items. Housed in the library of the former private country house at the heart of the campus, its fusing of the historic with the modern reflects the character of Queen Margaret's School. The traditional setting of Thompson of Kilburn oak furniture, easy chairs and open fires combines with wireless access, up-to-date resources and contemporary fiction to provide a focal point for school life.
The full time qualified librarian is involved in the delivery of the complete range of information skills.
"Boarders" School Bookshop
